Magic is employed by various methods, but always require expelled energy (through incantations, will, writing, etc.) in order for it to function. They tend to draw from natural forces or call upon the divine.
Examples Types
- Wishes: a common form of magic that many don't realize occur, simply activated by the desire(s) of beings with a soul.
- Curses: a malevolent form of a wish that attaches to a person.
- Magick: originated from demons which makes use of writing or drawings enclosed in shapes, and are activated with incantations. Throughout Earth, there has been hundreds of variations, only preserved by ruins in the Cranny.
- The demon version makes use of the ritual language Siftia and magic circles.
- The anemophilan variation encloses the spells in triangles.
- Witchcraft: used by witches and associates that's fueled by the user's soul or blood, its activation seems to differ from witch to witch, but they all commonly require a ritual tool to help control aim.
