🦀 "Frill-Mouthed" Mirabelle Pulmo (she/her & they/them)
The captain of the Pixiphone, a band of treasure hunters. They're blind and is guided with their prehensile hair and the descriptions by Windchime, her lackey. She's the overly serious and intense type, who seems to want to compete Pistol and Goby on unopened treasure chests for an elixir of immortality.
