A shrine keeper who wants to become a scribe, so they stay up late studying constantly. Despite her tired face, she's a curious and energetic gal who people often see as an oddball due to her clothing style and religious skepticism. Kelseyana being born after Wisteria's passing, she doesn't really understand the obsessive worship the populace performs.
Kelseyana isn't really immune to blind faith herself though. She tends to admire older people who throw respect her way, and desperately hopes that they're proud of her. Maybe as she grows older, she'll discover what she wants for herself.
